On July 13, I transferred Andrew a $1600 stake to play HU SNG on Full Tilt, with his screen name xrency. Since then he has ignored all my emails and IMs, and refuses to return my $1600.

Andrew, if you do not return my money now, I tell everyone on this forum that you are a scammer and not to do business with you.

Judging from what I've read on 2p2 Staking (sub)forum, it seems that Mr. Moshman isn't the only one who possibly got scammed by the same person.


BUt since I have no idea what really happened, just saying what I've read.

I can confirm that I have spoken to Collin and that everything he says is true based on all of the info and documents he provided me with. Also, based on Collins reputation as a Stoxpoker coach and his overall integrity I believe that there shouldnt be any doubt to his words in this case.

As for Andrew, Pokerica team (me included) will not make any moves yet as I believe he should be given a chance to explain himself and his actions regarding this matter.

I would like to add, and some of you might already know this, that some of us from team pokerica staked Andrew for HU SNGs on full tili poker a couple of months ago and we received our stake finally back jusr recently in what I wouldnt describe as smoothest of transactions. The stake deal is not over yet though because Andrew still needs to pay our profits according to the initial stake deal and we certainly will not let it go or forget about it, even if it means coming to his address and claiming the debt right on the doorstep.

We are strongly against any kind of scamming in online poker and will always strive to help and improve the community.

Again, I invite Andrew to clear this mess before the need for further action really arises, as that action will pretty much be swift and not without consequences.

Prošlo je dosta vremena i nije dobro da se Andrewu izgubio svaki trag ali svejedno se nadam da će se javiti i objasniti što se dogodilo/dešava tako da se sve riješi. I ja ovim putem molim Andrewa da se javi pojasni što je bilo jer je situacija stvarno neugodna.

Nadam se da ce se Andrej javiti i objasniti sve ovo. Makar mislim da ima neko dobro objasnjenje da bi to vec napisao, a ne samo nestao...

Otisao na godisnji sa parama...uplatio neki dobar aranzman za 1600$ i ljepo ladi jaja........pa ono kuzis sorry ..bio sam na godisnjem,spika.....
